Successfully Executed Projects
Over the years, Blue Horse Projects has successfully delivered a wide array of infrastructure works spanning highways, bridges, canals, and industrial site development. Government Civil Works – Bridges, Dams & Irrigation
For the Roads & Buildings Department, Telangana, we constructed a 220-meter-long High-Level Bridge (13 spans) and a 216-meter check dam across the Munneru River, along with 11-meter-wide approach roads and downstream energy dissipation structures.
For the Irrigation & CAD Department, Telangana, we executed major canal infrastructure under the Mid Manair Reservoir, including:
Earth excavation
Embankment formation
Construction of cross drainage (CD) and cross masonry (CM) structures
Work covered Km 0.000 to 14.600 (left canal) and Km 36.700 to 64.250 (right canal)
In Andhra Pradesh, we delivered canal embankment, slope protection, and subgrade formation works for the Irrigation Department, supporting long-term agricultural water supply infrastructure.

Highway & Infrastructure Projects
Blue Horse Projects has delivered major works across Greenfield corridors and highway widening projects under national highway packages in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. We’ve partnered with multiple reputed EPC contractors, including KMV Projects Ltd, to execute:
Bulk earth excavation and transportation (4.5+ lakh m³)
Subgrade and embankment works (1.8+ lakh m³)
Construction of vehicular underpasses (VUPs)
RE wall filling with facia panels, reinforced fill, drainage layers
GSB transportation (25,000+ MT)
Quarry operations (blasting, drilling, 1 lakh+ MT of aggregates)
